We are here to provide clear, straightforward information about leasing, amenities, policies, and what it’s like to live at Market & Main. Whether you're planning ahead or ready to apply, you'll find the details you need to feel confident in your decision.

  • You can apply online by selecting your preferred floor plan and completing the application.

  • Applicants will need a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of income or enrollment, and guarantor information if applicable. Background and credit screening are also required.

  • The following fees apply during the application process:

    • Application Fee: $50 per person

    • Administrative Fee: $200 per household

    • Security Deposit: Starting at $500 (refundable, based on approved credit and background screening)

    • Amenity Fee: $100 one-time fee due at move-in

  • Water and electricity are billed through Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP). Residents are responsible for individual usage as well as a portion of common area charges. The first bill typically arrives 30 to 45 days after move-in. There is no gas service in the community.

  • Yes, trash service is included at no additional cost. Residents are responsible for taking trash to the designated dumpsters and compactors located behind the buildings.

  • AT&T is the exclusive provider for the community. Fiber internet is available, though service is not automatically included. Residents may select the package that best fits their needs, with no minimum requirement.

  • Residents have access to both surface parking and garage options:

    • Surface Parking: $50 per month, with very limited availability located behind the buildings

    • Garages: $100 per month, with ample availability (average size: 18.5 ft x 9.5 ft)

  • Select floor plans include private garages:

    • Carriage Homes include a one-car attached garage

    • Three-bedroom townhomes include a two-car attached garage

  • Street parking is managed by the City of New Albany and is subject to local regulations:

    • Most street parking is limited to two hours

    • W. Main Street may allow overnight parking, depending on posted signage

    • Free parking is not guaranteed for residents or guests

  • Optional storage units are available in a variety of sizes:

    • Small Interior: $50 per month (7 ft x 3.5 ft)

    • Medium Exterior (non-temperature controlled): $75 per month (9 ft x 4.5 ft)

    • Large Interior: $100 per month (8 ft x 8 ft)

  • Yes, all residents have full access to community amenities regardless of their building location.


  • The one-time amenity fee provides access to shared community spaces and includes a discounted membership to the Philip Heit Center.

  • Residents have access to a variety of shared spaces throughout the community:

    • Club Room (McCue Building, 2nd Floor): Lounge seating, TV, pool table, Wi-Fi, and reservable for events

    • Conference Room (McCue Building, 2nd Floor): Wi-Fi and seating, reservable

    • Billiards Lounge (McCue Building, 2nd Floor): Social space with TV and seating

    • Yoga and Meditation Room (McCue Building, 3rd Floor): Mirror wall with barre, ideal for yoga, Pilates, or meditation

    • Pet Wash and Grooming Room: Indoor pet care space

  • Yes, a fully furnished guest suite is available for reservation at $150 per night and includes one surface parking pass.

    The suite features a king bed, full bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, Sling TV, and a Firestick. A Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge are also included, though there is no full kitchen. Towels and bedding are provided; however, daily housekeeping is not included. The guest suite is located on the first floor of the Robertson Building.

  • Yes, dry cleaning services are available with pickup and drop-off on Mondays and Thursdays. The service is located in the Robertson Building parcel room and is provided by Impressed Dry Cleaning. Residents are responsible for cleaning costs, while delivery is complimentary.

  • Yes, the community welcomes pets with the following guidelines:

    • $300 non-refundable fee per pet

    • $40 monthly rent per pet

    • Maximum of two pets per household

    • 75 lb weight limit per pet

    • Breed restrictions apply; please contact the leasing office for details

  • Residents receive exclusive benefits through a partnership with the Philip Heit Center, including waived enrollment fees and discounted monthly memberships.

    The facility is located approximately a three-minute walk from the community and offers a full fitness center, indoor pool, group classes, and additional wellness amenities.

  • Yes, approved applicants from select employers may receive:

    • Waived application fee

    • Reduced security deposit, starting at $250 (subject to credit approval)

    Participating employers include Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, The Ohio State University & Medical Center, JP Morgan Chase, Discover, Meta, Nationwide, and active-duty military.
